5 easy steps - Offer the School Tool Box TM program to your school:- Fax toll free (1-877-306-2156) or Email (info@schoolpals.net) your school’s most recent supply lists by grade. Primary School Supplies will then fax or email back a free, written quote for each grade based on your needs as expressed on your supply lists. A free sample kit is available when you request a free bid.
- Approve the bid by signing the quote and Sponsor Agreement and faxing it back to us using our toll free fax number.
- A Success Packet will then arrive by UPS which will include your Custom Order Forms for each grade level as well as all the information and forms needed for a well-run, organized, program.
- Collect the Custom Order Forms and payments. Master Card, Visa, and Discover are accepted. Send Primary School Supplies your tallied Master Order, the Custom Order Forms (or a typed list of student names to provide the name labels), and your payment with the credit card orders. All orders MUST be received no later than JUNE 1st to ensure guaranteed delivery.
- Delivery of your individually packaged, grade-color handled, keepsake boxes, happens during your specified week of delivery to your location for easy distribution to students and families.
