Schools usually rent games and inflatables from a local game rental company and then charge $10.00 per child ($30.00 maximum per family). Each child receives a game pass. The children are allowed to play as many games as they like during the carnival hours and when they are ready to go home each child turns in their game pass and receives an E-Z Prize Pack in return. (A Game pass comes with each E-Z Prize Pack.)- The Kids Love the "pass concept" because they can play as many games as they want.
The parents Love the "pass concept" because; 1.) it allows them to budget for the event and 2.) their children have a great time playing games and receiving a bag full of quality prizes at the end of the carnival. The Chairperson loves the "pass concept" because they can allow students to man the games, thus reducing the number of volunteers needed. The PTO/PTA volunteers love the "pass concept" because they are no longer spending hours handing out prizes and counting left over items when the carnival is over.
