The Candy Poem | Looking for a last-minute teacher appreciation idea? One favorite (and one of the most popular searches on the ptotoday.com website year after year) is the Candy Poem. What is it? A surprisingly long, definitely clever message to teachers including such lines as "We know the kids can be Air Heads" and "You deserve 100 Grand every PayDay."
The idea is that you print the poem on a nice poster with all the right candy bars taped on. Kind of cool. And teachers love it.

Sometimes it must seem that all you do is Skor papers.
Most days you probably want to make like Baby Ruth and just run home.
